CRF LPN

Type: Full-timePosition summary:Employee performs duties normally associated with LPN license in the CRF/ARF facility operated by a community behavioral health center.Services are provided to adults and children.Completes nursing examinations, assessments, implements plans, and evaluates patient status under the review of an RN.Provides nursing care; discusses medical changes with the patient; monitors vital signs, CIWA/COWS, administers medications and monitors for effectiveness, or signs of adverse reactions to medications.Provides medication and diagnosis-related information to patients, and answers questions as appropriate.Reviews patient medical charts and transcribes and/or prepares documents for doctor or APRN review and signatureMaintains comprehensive and timely documentation including daily nursing notes.LPN provides work direction to technicians during shift.Benefits:Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planTuition reimbursementVision insurance
