Senior .NET Full Stack Developer

Role SummaryThe client is seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to support the development and maintenance of enterprise web applications. This role requires a seasoned technical professional capable of delivering across the full application stack, with strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, Blazor, and SQL Server.The selected candidate will operate within a lean team structure, working independently with minimal oversight, and collaborating directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.Primary ResponsibilitiesApplication DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET Web API Develop and support RESTful APIs for system integrations and application functionality Ensure adherence to established coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices Full Stack DevelopmentDevelop responsive, user-centric interfaces using: Blazor (Microsoft UI Framework) Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS Utilize Telerik UI components to enhance application usability and consistency Contribute across both front-end and back-end layers without reliance on a dedicated UI resource Data ManagementImplement and maintain data access layers using Entity Framework Core Apply Repository and Unit of Work design patterns to support clean and maintainable architecture Use AutoMapper for efficient object-to-object data transformations Design and optimize SQL Server database components, including tables, views, stored procedures, and queries Collaboration & DeliveryCollaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives Engage directly with business users to gather, analyze, and refine requirements Contribute effectively within a cross-functional, lean team environment Testing, Deployment & SupportTroubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and deployment processes Ensure application stability, scalability, and performance optimization DocumentationDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including: System design artifacts API specifications Development and deployment processes Required QualificationsMinimum 8 years of experience in .NET application development Strong expertise in: C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API Blazor (required) SQL Server (design, development, and optimization) Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer Hands-on experience with: Entity Framework Core REST API development JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS Experience implementing Repository and Unit of Work patterns Experience using AutoMapper Familiarity with Telerik UI framework Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills Preferred QualificationsExperience working within public sector or regulated environments Exposure to enterprise application modernization initiatives Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery models Additional ExpectationsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to interact directly with business users to gather and clarify requirements Comfortable working within a lean delivery model with limited functional oversight Ability to work with existing codebases, templates, and frameworks, and deliver enhancements efficiently
