Lead HVAC Technician for Innovative and Growing Company
About Us:
Mint Home is revolutionizing the consumer experience for purchasing and installing home comfort systems, starting with HVAC (heating, ventilation, and cooling). Today the process is filled with friction and frustration; consumers don’t know who to call, engage with pushy salespeople at their homes, navigate through a maze of complex terms and types of systems, wonder if they got a fair price, and are usually left with a less-than-ideal installation process. Mint Home makes the entire process easy and seamless; by transitioning the entire process online, consumers can share basic information about their homes and receive instant HVAC system quotes with information transparency. Behind the scenes, Mint Home is deploying a sophisticated AI engine that customizes the system based on consumer needs and facilitates a smooth installation process by removing heavy manual backend complexities and streamlining the entire end-to-end experience.
