Machine Operator (Full-Time)Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain simple and complex industrial machinery.Equipment Care: Clean production machinery and remain responsible for company-provided tools.Material Handling: Supply production lines and store materials using a sit-down forklift.Logistics & Prep: Clean boxes, lids, and skids thoroughly before staging them.Documentation: Complete quality control logs, production ledgers, and box tickets legibly.Basic Math: Compute material weights accurately using gross, tare, and net calculations.Collaboration: Participate in shift meetings, training sessions, and communicate with coworkers.Forklift Experience: Minimum 2 years of forklift experience is mandatory.Physical Fitness: Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 65 pounds.Mobility: Stand, walk, stoop, and bend 80% of the shift.Stamina: Get on and off forklifts repeatedly and stand for long periods.Technical Skills: Proficient using calculators, adding machines, and industrial scales.Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and work under deadline pressure.Certification: Valid Forklift Certification is highly preferred.Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.Pay: From $16.00 to $17.50 per hour.Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 2-2-3 scheduleFinancial: 401(k) program with company matching.Insurance: Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
