Client Operations Associate
A growing insurance services firm is seeking a detail‑oriented Client Operations Associate to support a high‑touch workflow involving individual customers and internal stakeholders. This role sits on a small, collaborative team and is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, structured processes, and relationship‑driven work.What You’ll DoManage active cases from initial outreach through completion, engaging with customers with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.Conduct qualitative reviews of incoming opportunities, assessing potential risks and becoming familiar with relevant state‑level requirements.Prepare case‑specific summaries and pricing scenarios by understanding key financial and situational drivers.Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within the internal CRM, anticipating and resolving issues proactively.Produce recurring internal and external reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly).Update internal process documentation to support operational consistency.Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to improve service quality.Surface opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency and support business growth.What You Bring2–4 years in a customer‑facing, client service, or operations role.A strong customer‑centric mindset and the ability to build trust quickly.Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguous situations.Strong organizational habits and exceptional attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, small‑team environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Experience with CRM systems is helpful.Background in financial services or a regulated environment is a plus.A background check and pre‑employment screening will be required.
