Experienced Driver Manager. The Driver Manager will execute, direct, and coordinate shipments. NORTH LAS VEGAS FACILITY Duties/Responsibilities: Make sure that all routes are optimized, and the loads are delivered on time. Maintains knowledge of regulations related to transportation including those related to employee safety, and freight classifications. Ensures compliance with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, environmental policies, and government regulations. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong logistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Experience: Experience managing CDL class A drivers. Knowledge of Operations, Hours of Service regulations, and DOT / State Regulations within the transportation industry Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
