Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesPlatform Hardware EngineeringDrive CM/ODM execution for NVIDIA server products across design, NPI, and volume productionReview schematics, layout, and component selections (CPU, GPU, DDR, PCIe, VRM, NIC, storage)Support platform bring-up, functional validation, and performance tuningManufacturing & QualityManage factory builds, test planning, and quality gates at CM sitesWork with CM test engineering on automation, station bring-up, and yield improvementsAnalyze factory KPIs (yield, test failure rates, scrap, DPPM) and drive improvementsLead FA/CA/RCA for systemic field and build failuresFirmware & System EnablementInterface with BIOS, BMC, firmware engineering for manufacturability and reliabilitySupport secure boot, RAS features, GPU enablement, Redfish/IPMI readinessValidate firmware & system functionality during NPICross-Functional Technical LeadershipCollaborate closely with NVIDIA R&D, quality engineering, supply chain, reliability, and program managementLead ODM/JDM weekly technical reviews and issue closure cyclesProvide technical mentorship and guidance to partners and internal stakeholdersRequired Technical Expertise4+ years in server hardware engineering or datacenter system designDeep knowledge in:GPU / CPU server platforms (NVIDIA HGX preferred)PCIe Gen4/Gen5/Gen6, NVLink, CXLDDR4/DDR5 memory subsystemsNVMe/SATA/SAS storageVRM, power delivery, AC/DC PSU, PDN analysisThermal controls, high-density airflow solutionsBoard-level debug and lab tool proficiency (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power analyzers)
