Lead Software Engineer - Java- Shared Services

Overview In this role you will design and deliver secure, scalable technology solutions within the Risk Technology team. You will collaborate across functions to translate requirements into high-quality production code and robust architectures. You’ll drive AI-assisted engineering practices to raise code quality, speed, and reliability while maintaining secure, compliant delivery. You will work with modern front-end and back-end stacks, and ensure efficient, well-controlled deployments in cloud and Kubernetes environments.
