This individual will play a critical role in aligning supply with demand while supporting revenue and profitability goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage demand forecasts using historical data and trend analysisPartner with account teams to support replenishment strategies and assortment planningMonitor in-season performance and adjust forecasts based on business trendsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align production, inventory, and sales plansOversee inventory planning and recommend purchase decisions to meet demandSupport financial planning through reporting, projections, and analysisEvaluate stock levels and identify opportunities to improve inventory efficiencyProvide insights on product performance, inventory risks, and growth opportunitiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field5+ years of experience in planning, forecasting, or inventory managementStrong understanding of retail math and forecasting methodologiesAdvanced Excel skills; experience with planning systems is a plusAbility to analyze data and translate insights into business decisionsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPlease submit your resume for consideration.
