General Laborer-Grain Elevator - M&M Service Company - Bunker Hill, IL The purpose for this position is to assist in daily operational duties at the facility. Essential job functions include assisting with operations at the retail supply location, following maintenance schedules, assisting with inventory and distribution, driving and delivering products, stocking and moving warehouse products, maintaining the facility and company image, and providing excellent customer service. Other job functions may include following M&M Service's Code of Conduct, demonstrating FS Way Standards, and performing additional duties as assigned. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making, skill development, ability to work extended hours, valid driver's license, forklift certificate, CDL, and willingness to participate in required training. The position may involve extreme weather conditions, noisy conditions, dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards, requiring appropriate safety measures.
