Outside Sales Representative

We carry an array of quality fasteners, tools, and equipment to make your job efficient and done correctly. We have an expansive catalog of products in all categories, from power and pneumatic tools to fasteners from industry-leading brands and as part of our award-winning service and commitment to our customers, we deliver fasteners and tools directly to the jobsite for our customers. Outside Sales RoleThe day-to-day activities for this role include submitting regular sales reports to management, informing potential and existing customers of product features and benefits, and resolving customer complaints. You should be able to create, as well as present, persuasive sales proposals to customers to encourage sales and repeat business.Competitive Salary and Commission Package, Full Medical Benefits, 401k Match, and PTO PackageResponsibilitiesBuild and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customersConduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customersContinually meet or exceed sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customersDevelop and implant an effective sales strategy to drive salesMaintain an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and salesCollaborate with Management to expand brand presence through the creation of marketing tacticsResearch competitor’s products and pricing as well as market conditionsStrategically negotiate with potential and existing customers to close salesRequirementsProven outside sales experienceProficiency in all Microsoft Office applicationsFamiliarity with CRM maintenanceStrong consultative sales skillsExcellent organization skillsEffective communication and negotiation skillsDetail-oriented mentalityAbility to lift up to 50lbsMust have a clean driver's licenseBilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred! This role also works in an office environment with some time spent in a warehouse environment, routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
