Regional Event Coordinator

Job Description: We're seeking a relationship-driven, locally connected Regional Event Coordinator to support the launch and expansion of Coppla, Smitten Singles, Forever Smitten, Spontaneous Socials, and other lifestyle brands. This is a flexible, part-time contractor role focused on helping us grow our presence through event coordination, venue partnerships, and community outreach. You'll help bring our brand experiences to life-from formal launch events to casual meet-ups across all brands. Key Responsibilities: Venue Sourcing & Coordination: Identify and connect with local venues for events across all brands. Event Planning Support: Help coordinate and organize brand launches and key events such as Speed Networking, Speed Dating, mixers, and pop-up gatherings including event and host scheduling. Venue Selection & Support: Scout locations and share supporting local promotional materials. Host Recruitment: Help identify potential event hosts who align with our values and event goals. Local Strategy: Offer insight and feedback to shape brand rollouts in your city and help build long-term success. Optional Ongoing Support: As the brands grow, you may have the opportunity to assist hosts or support broader regional development. Requirements: Highly organized, self-motivated, and professional Familiarity with your designated area Clear and friendly communication skills Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Must pass a background check (at your expense; typically under $50) Ashling Events training may be required to be eligible for some assignments Compensation & Terms: Status: 1099 Independent Contractor Compensation: $25/hour + affiliate income opportunities Hours: 5-10 hours/month to start with flexible scheduling; occasional attendance at events encouraged when possible Location: Remote, with occasional in-person events in the area designated by your Ashling representative Brands: Coppla, Smitten Singles, Forever Smitten, Spontaneous Socials and related ventures Start Date: As soon as available; formal application and contract pending Job Type: Contract Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
