If you can see yourself delivering excellent service to clients, giving back to our communities and being a part of our caring culture, you belong here.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for approximately 40-60 total accounts (depending on other responsibilities and factors), with assistance from an Account Coordinator or Senior Account CoordinatorSends final client deliverable, as well as written recommendation, to dedicated team member for peer reviewResponsible for presenting client deliverable, as needed, to core team and/or client with leadership supervisionPotential responsibility related to growth (build relationship and working parameters with growth team)Seen as Subject Matter Expert by core teams and/or clientsMinimal escalations required to complete traditional renewalsFirst line of defense for escalated issues related to marketing, claims and/or clinical with ability to discern further escalation to ManagerQualificationsPreferred location: Kansas City but open to remoteEqual Opportunity StatementLockton Companies is proud to provide everyone anequal opportunity to grow and advance.
