Job Description SUMMARY Paints parts to meetcustomer and internal quality requirements by performing the followingDuties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include The Following.Other duties may be assigned. Paints parts consistent to customer andinternal quality needs. Applies powder per recommended standard millthickness, per instructions on the paint line monitor or quality signoff sheet. Reads and understands paint inspection equipment includingfilm gauges, delta e-meter, gloss meter, and is able to visually inspectparts. Maintains equipment in top working condition and clean at alltimes. Cleans paint booth and guns to ensure there is no color transfer.Keeps surrounding work are clean and clear of powder. Follows paint linemonitor instructions on proper powder color and application. Helps otherdepartment employees as needed when there are no parts to paint or whenline has stopped.
