Sales Account Manager Business/ Consumer

Initial training and job location will be in Irvine, California for the first 2 months. Job Description: Coordinate with sales team review and process sales orders. The ideal candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong professional customer service orientation and excellent organizational/time management skills. This is a fast-paced environment where you will be working as part of a team as well as independently. Strong attention to detail and consistency is most critical. Experience in sales, customer service & retail is a plus. Responsibilities: - Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts -Support Sales Team in data entry, order processing, logistics, fulfillment & providing updates - Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets - Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients - Assist with customer pricing and inventory requests - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to drive sales strategies - Resolve vendor inquiries about order fulfillment, payment and account - Conduct warm calling to generate leads and expand client base Skills: - Proven experience in customer service both over the phone and in person - Strong ability to negotiate and close sales deals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends - Experience in account management and maintaining client relationships - Familiarity with warm calling techniques to engage potential clients - Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems, tools and processes quickly - Works well under pressure & is able to handle multiple tasks at once Qualifications: Must have 5+ years of experience. ●Must have experience with SPS Commerce, EDI & Dropship ● Must have experience in consumer product sales accounts ● Must be able to work & handle situations alone while the sales team is away on trade shows or meetings. ● Must have experience in handling cash or credit transactions ●Must have experience with Freight BOL's ● Proven experience in sales or customer service; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative/customer service positions will be considered a plus. ● Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM (Attendance is important.)
