Journeyman Project Analyst

ASI is seeking a Project Analyst to support APSD working on site at NAS Patuxent River, MD.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with assigned project leads to assist in managing of project(s)
Create and/or update complex project schedules
Simplify complex schedules for briefing material
Compile and track information for Engineering Change Requests for projects
Create and/or update project financial reports
Track project spending and recoveries using project-specific charge numbers
Analyze project financial data for funding issues and potential overruns to create and/or update project briefing material and reports
Create non-project divisional and branch reports and/or briefing material
Create and/or update project risk
Required Qualifications:
3-6 years of specialized experience in one or more of the logistics disciplines described above
Bachelor’s degree
4 or more years of additional specialized experience in one or more of the logistics disciplines described above OR 12-15 years of military experience may be substituted for a degree
Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications such as Project, Excel, and SharePoint
Working knowledge of schedule durations, linkage types, lead/lag parameters, and how they affect a schedule
Ability to proficiently
Coordinate and track multiple projects at a time using Microsoft Project
Create and manipulate schedules using data from multiple sources and disciplines
Create and maintain financial records (spreadsheets, graphs, etc.)
Manipulate data and formulas
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Displayed self-starter attitude and the ability to work with minimal supervision
