Our portfolio includes specialty coffee, nitro cold brew, teas, lemonades, and workplace beverage programs designed to elevate the employee and guest experience.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position based in the San Francisco Bay Area, HQ in San Rafael, for an Account Executive specializing in B2B coffee sales. In this role, you will identify and generate leads, develop and maintain relationships with wholesale clients, and drive revenue growth through strategic account management. You will collaborate with customers to understand their needs, deliver exceptional customer service, and represent Addictive Coffee Roasters with professionalism to expand our brand presence in the market.QualificationsProven skills in Lead Generation and Account Management to drive sales and grow customer baseStrong Communication and Relationship Building skills to maintain effective partnershipsCustomer Service experience ensuring outstanding client satisfactionPassion for specialty coffee and the food/beverage industry is a plusSelf-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independentlyBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageousPrior experience in B2B sales The ideal candidate has: • Experience selling B2B products or services into Bay Area companies • Existing relationships with workplace teams, office managers, facilities teams, hospitality groups, or distributors • Strong understanding of workplace hospitality and employee experience programs • Experience with outbound sales, relationship development, tastings, demos, and in-person meetings • Ability to work independently and aggressively build pipeline and opportunitiesThis role will work closely with both direct accounts and distribution partners to continue expanding the Addictive Coffee Roasters brand throughout the region.Based in San Rafael with regular travel throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
