This role will focus on Requirement gathering through data mining and meeting with internal/external clients to prepare the pseudo code logic for the programming team. They will understand how both source and target systems hardware function and can assess and define what solution or system is needed by utilization of new tools and trends.Job Specific ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementWorks with Leadership in setting project timeline based on client’s contractual obligations as well as TSYS resource availabilitiesWorks with Conversion Implementation Analyst team providing client’s business needs to determine options requirements and system functionality impactsProvide open and continual communication with client to track progress and ensure the timeline is keptAttend meetings and provide project status reporting to Senior LeadershipSchedule and facilitate meetings across the organization to ensure open communication and clear client requirements are conveyedSolution ManagementAccountable for content of the Data Map requirementsAccountable for Portfolio and Account level balancingWorks with the Client as a trusted consultant and subject matter expert to gather and document mapping and option requirementsPartners with the Conversion Implementation Analyst team to convey requirements from client as well as facilitate ongoing communications between all parties until options are built and mappedWorks with Data Conversion Programmers as the SME on the data map requirements and system functionalityWorks on issue management from project management perspective to ensure project timelines are met and expectations are setWorks on issue management from an event perspective during Data and Business Validation communicating research to Data Conversion Analyst and clientOther DetailsTeam Player with strong time management and presentation skillsAdaptability portray a positive attitude, Flexible, Multitask orientatedAccept guidance, listen well and utilize informationUnderstanding of complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile best practices (LEAN, AGILE (SCRUM and SAFE) as well as Waterfall project management methodologyMay need to work in odd hours or weekends (~30%) e.g. early / late, weekends etcShow an ability to manage and lead cross-team projects, working with multiple development teams, as well as internal and external partners to successful project conclusionSome travel may be requiredWhat Are We Looking For in This Role?Minimum QualificationsBachelor's DegreeRelevant Experience or Degree in~ Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or related field; or equivalent training or experience in lieu of degreeTypically Minimum 8+ Years Relevant ExpProfessional experience working with end-users to meet business needsPreferred QualificationsTypically Minimum 8+ Years Relevant ExpScripting knowledge, bankcard industry knowledge, understanding data structures, professional experience working with end-users to meet business needsWorking towards a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)Previous TSYS Experience is highly preferredHighly Preferred~ Fluent in SpanishWhat We Offer YouA career at FIS is more than just a job.
