The Digital Chief of Staff will play a critical role in supporting the organization's leadership team by managing day-to-day operations, coordinating strategic initiatives, and ensuring effective communication across projects. Key responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, preparing materials and reports for meetings, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, conducting research, and supporting decision-making. The role requires a proactive problem solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities, build relationships with stakeholders, and strategically advance the organization’s goals.QualificationsStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences.Proficiency in strategic planning, operational processes, and implementing effective management frameworks.Experience in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and team coordination.Analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.Understanding of the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors is a plus.Proven ability to lead and influence without direct authority.Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications are advantageous.
