We are in need of a full-time maintenance technician. Main office located in Miramar Beach.This position includes but is not limited to:Completing work orders from office staff, owners, guests and field workers in a timely, professional mannerWorking closely with office coordinators to make sure everything is being addressedAlerting office staff when an outside vendor is neededAssisting guests and owners with anything that might pop up during their stayRespond in a professional, polite and helpful manner when dealing with guests and homeownersPerforming inspections and preventative maintenance on homesWork within tight deadlinesCommunicate with other departments to keep properties in the best shape possibleRequirements:Ability to climb stairs and laddersJob requires moderate lift up to 50 lbs, carry, push/pull with an occasional climb and crawlMust be able to work inside and outsideBasic knowledge of building maintenance is requiredBackground in basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and carpentry is preferred but not requiredMust be familiar with all hand toolsWork weekends and some on callKnowledge of general repairAbility to troubleshoot and find the problemMust have a valid driver’s licenseMust submit a background checkTools and vehicle provided.Experience: PreferredJob Type: Full time - Eligible for benefits after 90 days.Health, Dental, Vision, and moreSalary:Discussed at Interview - CompetitiveWork RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to $22.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftOn callWork Location: In personCompany DescriptionWe are a luxury vacation rental / property management company in the Destin and 30A area. xaygatp Company DescriptionWe are a luxury vacation rental / property management company in the Destin and 30A area.
