Your ResponsibilitiesDescription:Receives and responds to routine Client’s inquiries, maintains documentation of communications, existing issues, and issue resolutions, referring complex inquiries to more senior staffPrepares written correspondence and makes telephone calls to underwriters as requested by senior staffReviews and processes policies and endorsements for accuracy of coverage, policy, content, and form completionEvaluates proposal policies with criteria outlined in check list and notifies more senior staff of any missing items or area of concernAssists in the renewal process by requesting and gathering enrollment, volume, benefit summary reportsHelps produces employee communications such as newsletter, bulletins, overhead presentations as requested by senior staffAssists with financial reporting for renewals by gathering and compiling Client detailsExecutes any requested changes on policiesPeriodically assists in loss-run requestsExtends expiring binders as requested by senior staffResponds to and fulfills the requirements generated by the Renewal Assistance Program report and then updates the report when a task is completedAssistants in the upkeep of carrier product informationEnter data into data management system and audit for accuracy, completeness, and conformity to established proceduresMaintains and keeps records of ClientsCompiles preliminary numbers for promulgating experience modification, and orders worksheetsIssues and processes Client invoicingAssist is the research of invoice and billing errorsAcquires an understanding of insurance brokerage business and account servicing processesResearches industry trends and governmental regulationsPerforms other responsibilities and duties as neededQualificationsQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field and/or years of experience equivalentUp to three years of Client services experience is requiredStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills requiredUnderstands industry trends and governmental regulationsAbility to complete continuing education requirements as neededAbility to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessionsAbility to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company informationAbility to efficiently organize work and manage time in order to meet deadlinesAbility to travel by automobile and aircraftAbility to use office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, calculator, photocopier, and facsimile machineAbility to work on a computer for a prolonged amount of timeAbility to work outside of normal business hours as neededLegally able to work in the United States
