We offer competitive compensation and benefit packages!About The PositionThe Fuel Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily fuel deliveries by working closely with drivers, sales, and customers to ensure efficient, timely, and safe operations.Schedule and coordinate daily fuel deliveriesAssign loads to drivers and third-party haulersPlan deliveries based on inventory levels and customer demandCommunicate with drivers, sales, and customers to ensure smooth operationsMonitor inventory and prioritize delivery needsOptimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce costsMaintain accurate dispatch records and documentationResolve delivery-related issues in a timely and professional mannerEnsure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policiesPromote a strong safety culturePerform other duties as assignedPosition RequirementsAssociate’s degree or related experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBasic math and problem-solving skillsWillingness to work extended hours, including evenings or weekends as neededAbility to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (50 lbs occasionally)IND1
