This role is ideal for mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy hands-on work, travel, and direct customer interaction.FLSA Status - Non Exempt - HourlyReports to: VP of Sales & MarketingRole ResponsibilitiesPerform PlateCheckTM and tubular heat exchanger inspectionsExecute repairs, troubleshooting, and installation supervisionConduct on-site customer trainingTravel >15 days/month (including some weekends)Maintain detailed plant folders, documentation, and follow-up communicationCollaborate with AGC Sales Engineers on upcoming service needsSubmit accurate service reports within 48 hoursMentor new technicians as neededRequired QualificationsPrior experience as a traveling technicianHigh school diploma or GEDStrong mechanical aptitude and tool experienceExcellent communication and customer-service skillsProficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionPreferred ExperienceMaintenance backgroundDairy/food manufacturing experiencePlate heat exchanger knowledgeMilitary serviceCompensation & Benefits$30-$32/hour + bonus potentialHealth, dental, vision, life & disability insuranceHSA option401(k) with employer matchPaid vacation, sick time, and holidaysCompany vehicle (as needed), laptop, phone, PPE, clothing allowanceEAP & wellness programsJob Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt Travel: ~50%Work Location: On the road
