For decades, it has served as a trusted advisor to leading middle‑market companies, providing a comprehensive suite of investment banking and financial advisory services tailored to support owners, investors, and creditors at every stage of the corporate lifecycle.The firm's offerings include mergers and acquisitions advisory, debt and equity capital placement, corporate restructuring and special situations advisory, valuation and fairness opinions, and a broad range of financial advisory services.They are seeking an experienced, self-starting Investment Banking Vice President who is committed to the success & growth of the team and is eager to lead on day-to-day execution for live transactions. This candidate should have a strong grasp of middle market M&A and capital raising transaction execution and processes. Looking to hire in: Boston, Chicago, Irvine, or Denver. Primary Responsibilities:* Lead day-to-day transaction execution under direction of Managing Directors* Management, training and stewardship of analysts and/or associates* Leading pitch drafting as well as transaction marketing documents* Assisting in thoughtfully identifying appropriate investors and/or strategic and financial buyers* Managing and executing on buyer interaction, transaction due diligence, etc.* Review and oversee development of financial models, valuation analyses, research* Maintain strong relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels* Demonstrate a commitment to the group's success on new opportunities, mandates and growth* If not held already, will be expected to pass the FINRA Series 79 exam (Investment BankingProfessional)Qualifications/Requirements:* Four-year degree in finance, accounting, economics or similar* At least five - six years of investment banking or active M&A transaction execution experience* High degree of maturity, integrity, demonstrated leadership skills and work ethic* Strong attention to detail and work product quality* Understanding of key M&A deal dynamics, transaction process, transaction legalese, etc.* Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis* Solid understanding of financial statements and financial modeling* Strong verbal and written communications skills* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Capital IQIf there is interest don't hesitate to apply!
