Legal Counsel

A leading international infrastructure and energy platform is seeking a mid-level Legal Counsel/Assistant General Counsel (3–8 years’ experience) to join its growing U.S. legal team.This role offers the opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of major infrastructure and energy projects - from early-stage development through construction and into financing and operation.You will work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in supporting the delivery of complex, high-value projects across the U.S.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise on project development, construction, and project finance matters across infrastructure and energy projectsDraft and negotiate a broad range of agreements, including EPC, construction, O&M, supply, and financing documentsSupport projects from origination and development through to financial close and executionProvide guidance on risk allocation, contract structuring, and project strategyWork closely with internal teams across development, engineering, finance, and operationsSupport M&A, joint ventures, and asset acquisitions/divestitures within the infrastructure spaceManage external counsel and advise on regulatory and compliance mattersCandidate Profile3–8 years of legal experience in infrastructure, energy, or construction lawStrong experience across a combination of project development, construction (EPC), and project financeBackground from a top law firm and/or in-house within a developer, sponsor, or contractorFamiliarity with energy and infrastructure projects (renewables experience is a plus)Commercially minded with the ability to partner closely with technical and business teamsStrong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsIf this role is of any interest, please apply here now!
