This role partners closely with nursing leadership to improve clinical and financial outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Lead SKU rationalization and product standardization initiativesManage high-volume product conversions (gloves, IV sets, wound care, etc.)Drive nursing-focused value analysis and cost savingsCollaborate with CNOs, nursing leaders, and infection prevention teamsRequired Skills:5+ years in healthcare supply chain or clinical value analysisStrong experience in med/surg and acute care categoriesProven success in cost savings and product conversionsExperience working with nursing leadership
