WE ARE LOOKING FORMA CANDIDATE THAT IS ALREADY LOCATED IN MIAMI FLORIDA (RELOCATION IS NOT OFFERED). The Procurement Analyst will support both the operational and analytical aspects of procurement, including purchase order management, inventory support, order tracking, supplier coordination, and spend analysis.This role will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure an efficient, compliant, and cost-effective procurement process.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze purchasing and spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processesCreate and maintain reports, dashboards, and supplier performance metricsSupport vendor negotiations, bid analysis, and contract evaluationsProcess and manage purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillmentProvide inventory support, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment needsPerform order tracking to ensure on-time delivery and proactively address delaysConduct follow-up with suppliers regarding order status, discrepancies, and issue resolutionCollaborate with Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to forecast purchasing needsMonitor market trends, material pricing, and supplier conditionsMaintain procurement records, documentation, and reporting accuracyEnsure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulationsIdentify opportunities to improve vendor performance, service levels, and procurement efficiency QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain analysisExperience handling purchase orders and procurement processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience supporting contract review, vendor negotiations, and supplier evaluationsAdvanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)Experience with ERP or procurement systems preferred (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, or similar)Strong communication and collaboration skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesSpanish required
