We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Provide analysis and recommendations for drafting and promulgating IT Standards and Technical Profile Standards for Enterprise Interoperability. Participate in the joint development of a comprehensive IT Registry using a technical and engineering framework and configuration management processes. Coordinate IT Standards and Technical Profile Standards resource requirements across the enterprise information environment. Prepare documents for Congressional inquiries and develop architectural products to enhance strategic planning. Recommend updates to IT Standards and Technical Profile Standards policy to support enterprise interoperability. Provide expertise on governance processes and procedures, and recommend improvements to IT governance.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline with 12+ years of experience, or Master's with 10+ years. U.S. citizenship with an active Secret security clearance; ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI. Familiarity with DoW IT standards, processes, commercial cloud capabilities, and innovation. Knowledge of Industry IT standards, technologies, and processes. Effective analytical skills.
