OverviewSoftware R&D and Product Management Manager position overview: We are seeking a dynamic leader to lead the innovation, development, and lifecycle management of software solutions supporting Emergency 911 services. This role requires deep expertise in software systems for IP-based telecommunications, spanning both back-end routing technologies and front-end user interfaces. The ideal candidate brings proven experience guiding product strategy from concept through deployment. This leader will balance technical depth with strong product management discipline to deliver mission-critical, standards-compliant solutions that enhance public safety.
