Field Technician - PC Technician / Mac Support – Los Angles, CA Based out of Marina del Rey, CA CDW Contract Coworker opportunity 6 month engagementWe are seeking Level 1 PC Technicians to join our IT team in Beverly Hills. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career IT professionals (2–4 years experience) to build skills in both PC and Apple/Mac support while contributing to a large-scale Windows 11 desktop refresh project. The role is based out of Marina del Rey, CA. There are other office locations in Los Angeles in which hardware deployment will require travel. Mileage will be paid for that travel.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide front-line technical support for PCs, laptops, and Apple/Mac devices (hardware and software).Troubleshoot MacBook/iMac issues including OS updates, software configuration, and peripheral connectivity.Assist with Windows 11 refreshes, device imaging, installations, and deployments.Resolve service desk tickets quickly and deliver excellent customer service.Support equipment maintenance, printer troubleshooting, and routine IT tasks.Adapt and learn new technologies while collaborating with senior technicians.Qualifications2–4 years of IT support experience, with strong Mac expertise.Experience with Windows 10/11 and hardware troubleshooting.A+ certification (preferred).Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and teamwork.Reliable transportation for potential travel to other Los Angeles campuses.
