Expo (Expeditor) (The Coordinator):Manage the Pass: Ensures food is accurate, properly garnished, and sent out in the correct order.Communication: Relays information between chefs, line cooks, and service staff.Timing: Syncs fire times so all meals for a table are finished simultaneously.Quality Control: Ensures every dish meets kitchen standards before it leaves the kitchen.Line Cook (The Creator):Prep Work: Prepares stations with necessary ingredients and tools.Cooking: Executes dishes according to recipes and station assignments.Maintenance: Cleans their station and maintains inventory.
