With top clients to boast about, Synechron has a global workforce of 16,700+, and has 57 offices in 22 countries within key global markets.Our challengeWe are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager – Cybersecurity & Technology Transformation to lead large-scale, multi-million-dollar enterprise programs across cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure domains.This role requires strong expertise in program governance, executive stakeholder management, and delivering complex initiatives within highly regulated financial services environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience managing global delivery teams, driving strategic transformation, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.You will play a critical role in establishing program frameworks, managing risks, delivering business outcomes, and enabling secure, scalable technology transformation across enterprise platforms.Additional Information*The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.
