HR & Administrative Manager

Extension is seeking an HR & Administrative Manager for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI.About Our ClientGlobal healthcare technology company supporting hospitals and research institutions worldwideCollaborative, laid-back team environment with only 16 employees in the US officeHybrid flexibility – onsite 3 days/week with no after-hours expectationsStrong benefits package including 25 days PTO and employer-paid insurance optionsKey Objectives / Role ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions for the Milwaukee officeManage onboarding/offboarding, payroll support, PTO tracking, and benefits administrationSupport AP/AR processes, expense reporting, bill pay, banking, and vendor coordinationAssist with logistics including shipment coordination, travel arrangements, and conference supportMaintain employee records, compliance documentation, and internal company filesProvide administrative support to leadership and collaborate across departmentsHelp ensure a professional, organized, and efficient workplace environmentDesired Skills & Qualifications5+ years of administrative, office, or operations management experienceStrong HR administration and financial support background requiredADP TotalSource experience highly preferredExperience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, ERP/CRM systems, or NetSuite preferredBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferredHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesCollaborative personality with initiative and problem-solving skillsSalary Information$70k – $72k/yearWe’re looking forward to connecting with you and helping you make your next career move!
