Job Summary: An Assembler is responsible for accurately interpreting blueprints, assembling product components with hand tools and other equipment, and ensuring all finished goods meet quality standards. Hours: 5am - 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday (overtime hours as needed) Responsibilities: Interpret assembly blueprints to determine required assembly, exterior finish on product, and any special options that the customer may have selected Check operating controls and safety stops on conveyor Check power and hand tools for correct operation Assemble components per customer order by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts, and sub-assemblies Ensure that all parts, sub-assemblies, and finished goods meet quality standards Communicate clearly with line leads/foreman when assistance or guidance is needed Clear unused items at the end of a run and prepares workstation for next run Maintain clean and safe working environment Assist other lines when help is needed, or primary line is shut down Additional duties as assigned Job Qualifications: Willingness to learn new tasks and skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints Great work ethic and attendance Excellent problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail Flexibility and adaptability Ability to lift 50lbs High school diploma or GED required
