We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.Position SummaryThe Guest Services Team Member is expected to provide world-class customer service to all visitors and always displays a vast amount of knowledge of the facility's programs and offerings. In addition, this position will also provide registration, membership and scheduling support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Provide world class care within our child watch teamDirectly aligns with the venue's Mission Statement and Core Values Helps ensure every guest/member receives a Warm Welcome and a Fond Farewell during their visit Assists with inbound and outbound phone calls while consistently delivering our Customer Experience Standards Assist Guest Services Coordinator with member enrollment, check in and relationsCultivate an environment of world-class guest service with enthusiasm to all visitors, members and customersRegister guests for memberships, day-passes, leagues, camps, clinics, drop-ins, etc.Be knowledgeable about prices, programming and the daily venue schedule Maintain confidentiality with guest and Team Member informationResolve all guest concerns and complaints and/or direct to appropriate ManagerAssist with developing the Summer Day Camp and Child Watch programmingAssist with scheduling and coordinating all facility events and partiesEnsure all party details are executed as planned, tracked with detailed and organized filesEnsure all birthday parties are being executed in every aspect according to the venue standardsAdditional tasks assigned by managementThe Ideal Candidate HasA strong passion for servingProficient administration skills Proven ability to learn new software programs Proven success in managing multiple tasks at one timeExperience and success in customer service, leadership and organizationAction-oriented personality with a 'get it done' attitude and proficiency for efficiencyMinimum QualificationsFlexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours) and regular attendance necessaryExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentMust be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skillsAbility to remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situationsMust be respectful and friendly to our athletes, members, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders, and fellow Team MembersCommitment to the safety and wellbeing of othersWorking Conditions And Physical DemandsMust be able to lift 20 pounds waist highMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, or bendWill be required to operate a computerFacility has intermittent noiseJob Posted by ApplicantPro
