Program Manager with Security Clearance

Position Title : Program Manager Location : Camp Mackall, NC, Fort Bragg, NC Clearance required : SECRET Scope of Work: Serves as the single accountable lead with full decision-making authority for the ARSOF training support effort, planning, directing, and coordinating contractor manpower and team activities so the Government receives responsive, uninterrupted training support across all simultaneous courses. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Plan, direct, organize, control, and coordinate technical efforts, contractor manpower, and team activities.Serve as the main point of contact to the Government COR and COTR with full decision-making authority.Provide program administration, program control, and technical supervision of personnel.Be available during normal business hours and other times as required. QualificationsSpecial Forces background with a minimum of 15 years of military/professional experience in program management related positionsAt least 5 years of experience as a program manager managing a contractor workforce on a DoD contract of comparable size, scope, and complexityAt least 5 years of experience in exercise planning and logistical support within Special Forces, preferably to USAJFKSWCSMust have been a program manager within the last five yearsEducation: bachelor's degree in business management or higher from an accredited university or college, or at least 15 years of Special Forces experienceUnited States citizenship required (legally documented aliens only per AR 25-2 approval)Able to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishActive Secret clearance required
