Quality and Compliance Manager
As a Quality Intelligence Project Manager within the Commercial QA Global Strategy team, you will play a key role in supporting quality and compliance activities. You will manage the compliance related around quality assessments and lead multiple associated medium to large-scale projects that support ANSC Quality Assurance strategic and compliance objectives. The Quality Intelligence Project Manager has the broad objective of supporting quality activities Globally for AN Division QA, AN Affiliate QA and ANSC Manufacturing sites US and OUSResponsibilitiesManage and optimize processes to implement published regulations and standards, including monitoring, assessment, change management, and change control activitiesLead cross-functional remediation efforts for current and future regulatory impacts on quality systemsDrive updates to policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with market and regulatory requirementsDefine project scope and develop detailed project plans to meet deliverablesManage cross-functional project timelines and follow up with project team members to ensure timely task completionIdentify, assess, and manage critical project risks and issues; communicate proactively to senior leadershipAddress resource constraints through data-driven business proposals to meet compliance objectives and mitigate business riskProvide clear and consistent written and verbal communication to project stakeholders regarding scope, timelines, risks, and progressLead and actively participate in global projects while ensuring adherence to established PMO governance standardsIntegrate key Quality Assurance initiatives based on compliance risk, business priorities, and resource availabilityRecommend and implement process improvements and efficiency enhancementsQualifications & RequirementsMust-HaveBachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience (Business Administration, Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, Engineering, or related field)5–7 years of experience in a regulated nutritional or food manufacturing environment, preferably pediatric or medical nutritionExperience in Quality, R&D, Project Management, Procurement, or Operations functionsStrong knowledge of food GxP requirements, nutritional regulations, manufacturing controls, and quality systems3–5 years of experience in project leadership rolesStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsWell-developed interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to plan, facilitate, and lead meetings effectivelyProven stakeholder management experienceExperience working with international teams and global partnersPreferred / Nice-to-HaveMaster's degreeProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationIngredient, process, and formulation expertise in nutritional and infant productsExperience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Class A, etc.)J-18808-Ljbffr
