PurposeThe AutoRABIT Internship Program is designed to provide college students with meaningful exposure to multiple facets of our business, enabling them to explore their skills and discover where they can thrive. Data Analyst InternHours: 30 hrs/weekRate: $20/hrRole Summary: Analyze data from Cognism, Pendo, Training Portal, and other repositories to uncover insights that drive pipeline growth.Expanded Responsibilities: Analyze Pendo usage data to identify product adoption trends and upsell opportunities.Create reports on training portal engagement to correlate with customer success metrics.Build ICP refinement models based on historical win/loss data.Work with RevOps to create a lead scoring system for SDRs based on engagement and technographic data.Present weekly insights to Sales and RevOps for pipeline acceleration.Collaborate with Product team to identify feature usage patterns that indicate expansion potential.Deliverables: Weekly data insight updates for RevOps and sales3. Sales Interns (2)Hours: 30 hrs/weekRate: $20/hrRole Summary: Support the Global Sales organization by contributing to pipeline generation, sales execution, and strategic initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise sales by working closely with AEs, Sales Leadership, and RevOps to drive research, insights, and deal support that directly impact revenue outcomes.Expanded Responsibilities: Conduct account and prospect research to support outbound and expansion across target accountsPartner with AEs to prepare for customer meetings, including briefs, decks, and discovery insightsAnalyze pipeline and CRM data to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesSupport sales execution by maintaining CRM hygiene, capturing meeting notes, and contributing to account planningDeliverables: Weekly account research briefs for assigned target accounts2 to 3 sales decks or customer-facing assets per monthWeekly pipeline insights summary (risks, gaps, opportunities)CRM updates and activity tracking for supported dealsEnd-of-internship capstone project (example: account strategy, pipeline analysis, or competitive positioning report)4. AI Enablement InternHours: 30 hrs/weekRate: $20/hrRole Summary: Build an analytics tool to consolidate insights from Data Analyst team into a usable software application.Expanded Responsibilities: Agentic Coding Proficiency — Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent) as a primary development workflow, including critical evaluation of AI-generated outputPython & API Development — Able to build, consume, and debug REST APIs in Python; comfortable working in existing codebases they did not writeFrontend Development — Working knowledge of React and TypeScript sufficient to build and modify full-stack featuresDatabase Competency — PostgreSQL experience including querying, schema comprehension, and basic data modelingAutonomous Problem Solving — Can take plain-language requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver working software without heavy supervisionCommunication & Clarity — Asks precise clarifying questions when requirements are ambiguous; documents what they build in a way others can useDeliverables: 1 to 2 Projects to be defined5. Security & Development InternHours: 30 hrs/weekRate: $20/hrRole Summary: Build and deliver internal security tooling that automates workflows and enhances AutoRABIT's security operations, while gaining hands-on experience in full-stack development and AI-assisted engineering.Expanded Responsibilities: Build automation pipelines to aggregate and report on security scan data across multiple systemsDevelop and ship full-stack features using Python, FastAPI, React, and PostgreSQLIntegrate third-party security tools and APIs into internal platformsDesign and prototype AI-assisted workflows to improve security triage and efficiencyCollaborate with the security engineering team to translate requirements into production-ready solutionsDeliverables: 1 to 2 deployed features or tools that support security operationsIntegrated data pipelines and API connections across security platformsDocumentation for all developed features, including setup and usageFinal demo showcasing delivered functionality and impact on security workflows6. Marketing Operations InternHours: 30 hrs/weekRate: $20/hrRole Summary: Maintain data quality, assist with campaign execution, and support marketing systems within AutoRABIT's marketing/revenue tech stack.Expanded Responsibilities: Support CRM and marketing automation systems (Salesforce, Pardot, etc.)Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and hygiene across platformsAssist with campaign setup, QA, and execution within marketing toolsMaintain data accuracy and hygiene across CRM systems.Support lead management processes, including routing and trackingDeliverables: Accurate and up-to-date data within CRM and marketing systemsSupport for timely and error-free campaign executionMonthly report on campaign performance and operational insightsThis program runs approximately from June 1, 2026 - August 21, 2026. Must be at least 18 years old, a US Citizen or Green Card holder, living in the US.
