Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial/Residential Electrician Lead based in Appleton, WI. The role involves overseeing and performing electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work for both commercial and residential clients. The Electrician Lead will troubleshoot electrical systems, supervise team members, ensure compliance with safety standards, and collaborate with clients and project managers to complete projects on time and within budget. Qualifications Proficiency in Electricity and Electrical Engineering.Strong skills in Electrical Work, including installation and system upgrades.Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting electrical systems.Leadership and supervisory skills to oversee project teams effectively.Knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.Relevant electrician certifications and licenses are required.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Strong communication and customer service skills to work with clients and team members.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
