Are you tired of writing DRP estimates for insurance companies that don’t want to repair vehicles correctly? We are searching for a qualified estimator that understands our customers are our #1 priority, not the insurance company.
Responsibilities Include:
Assure that each vehicle is in a position that a complete and accurate damage appraisal is completed and that any needed disassembly is accomplished.
Inspect the vehicle for damage to the structure, sheet metal, mechanical, electrical, glass and interior components and necessary refinishing to bring the vehicle to preaccident condition.
Note any noncollision damage or maintenance issues that may need repair
Specify all needed repair operations, replacement parts and labor operations and/or sublet operations to be performed
Review current OEM procedures to ensure a safe repair.
All other duties as per the Manager
Qualifications:
Must be detailoriented
Must have experience in estimating for the Auto Body industry
Knowledge of CCC estimating system a plus
Must have knowledge of car parts and be able to identify them by location
Must be computer savvy (data entry, parts research, matching estimates)
Must have excellent communication skills for being able to work with insurance companies to verify and approve supplements as well as follow up with clients on the repair process
A friendly attitude and a team player mentality
The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Valid and insurable driver’s license required
