Housekeeper

Housekeepers efficiently care for and prepare guest rooms while providing high attention detail. Work is conducted independently and in a partner or team format. They are responsible for regular renewing, refreshing, straightening, cleaning, clearing, and sanitizing of accommodations. Additionally, linens and other laundry are collected, transported, washed, folded and stored. Ideal applicants are detailed, organized and fast paced. Weekends are required. Shifts usually run 8am-5pm or 9am to 6pm. Experience preferred, but not required, we are willing to train the right person who is willing to learn! Pay starts at $16-$17 per hour plus a $1/hour monthly incentive based on attendance record, plus gratuities. The Norwich Inn offers Paid Time Off and Subsidized Health Insurance We are currently looking for someone to work Sundays, this is mandatory for the person we are hiring. You will also be offered 1-2 additional shifts per week, those shifts may vary or could be consistent if the person we are hiring had another job. *$1000 Sign on bonus which will be paid incrementally in the following amounts based on satisfactory attendance record and length of time in position* $200 after 30 days, an additional $300 after 90 days and an additional $500 after 180 days.
