Career Services Student Intern

Career Services Student Intern (Pleasantville Campus)The job functions and responsibilities for this role include the following: Support all front desk tasks including responding to student, alumni, and employer questions via phone, email, or within the Career Services office Work with our experienced team of counselors to provide services to students and recent alumni from the following Pace University schools: Dyson College of Arts and Sciences, Lubin School of Business, School of Education, College of Health Professions, and Seidenberg School of Computer and Information Systems. Support workshops and programs for the current semester assist with event logistics for the Career Fair Assist in the recording of internship and job outcomes in Handshake and Excel Interact effectively across various technology platforms including Handshake, uConnect, Zoom, and Microsoft Office Learning Outcomes Include: Apply the theory and knowledge learned inside the classroom to practical application and skills development within Career Services Develop knowledge of career preparation in higher education Develop in proficiencies of in Microsoft Office, Handshake, uConnect, Zoom Strengthen in written and verbal communication skills Learn to deliver best practices in customer service Deepen organizational skills COLLEGE WORK STUDY IS REQUIRED.
