Executive Assistant
A company in Oklahoma City is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to multiple senior leaders. This role requires exceptional time management, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities across a dynamic executive team.Responsibilities:Provide dedicated administrative support to multiple executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangementsServe as a central point of coordination across executives, ensuring alignment on schedules, priorities, and key initiativesPrepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentsManage shifting priorities and anticipate the needs of several executives simultaneouslyCoordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-upsHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismAssist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives as neededQualifications:Proven experience supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced environmentExceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism and discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling toolsAbility to prioritize and adapt quickly to changing demands from multiple stakeholders
