As an OpenText Exstream Architect you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions using OT Exstream technologies. Cognizant reserves the right to modify this information at any time, subject to applicable law.ResponsibilitiesBe able to lead the lead and guide team on Exstream and its components.Collaborate with the offshore team and clients to provide suggestions and resolutions for technical issues.Be able to execute test cases and maintain good quality deliverables and ensure adherence to best design and coding standards.Provide status updates to the project manager & onshore team.Should be able to learn core and new modules of Exstream and other Customer Communications Management (CCM) technologies.QualificationsExpertise in end-to-end architecture of OpenText Communications (Exstream) in Cloud Infra (preferably Azure) and other CCM technologies.Have knowledge of SaaS Architecture and how OpenText Communications should operate on a managed-service modelHave experience in integrating Exstream modules with upstream and downstream components through API callsHave experience in designing Orchestrator workflows for cross-network communicationsHave strong experience with designing and structuring templates in Communication DesignerHave knowledge of different stages of enterprise content management solutions.Expertise in defining input structures for OpenText Exstream (specifically XML and JSON).Primary Skills: OT Exstream, OT Designer, OT Design Manager , OT Exstream CE Orchestrator, OT Content Author, OT Exstream Cloud Edition, OT Communication Designer.
