a  Multi-System Integrator to replace a senior clinical leader responsible for building and delivering integrated care plans.This role functions as the Genomic Integrator within our clinical system — the point where all data, specialist input, and clinical findings are synthesized into one final strategy.You are not working independently.You are operating within a structured, SOP-driven model designed to ensure alignment, precision, and consistency across all patient care.You are not here just to interpret deep clinical data.You are here to transform complex clinical inputs into a clear, executable plan — and ensure the patient experiences clarity, confidence, and world-class care and support.What You Will DoInterpret and synthesize multi-system clinical data, including:Genetic and epigenetic profilesBlood-based and metabolic markersMicrobiome and digestive health inputsMitochondrial Function and Efficiency Existing protocols and patient historyBuild comprehensive 3-month care plans, including:Personalized nutrition and dietary strategySupplementation protocolsLifestyle and performance optimizationEvaluate and integrate input from multiple specialists into one cohesive, non-conflicting planConduct in-depth telehealth consultations (1hr+ on average), guiding patients through both data and executionEnsure all patient-facing recommendations are:Aligned across the clinical teamStructured for adherenceDelivered with clarity and confidenceDecision Scope & StructureThis role:Owns the synthesis and structure of the integrated care planOwns dietary strategy and supplementation within that planActs as the final integration checkpoint before anything reaches the patientThis role does NOT:Operate outside the defined clinical frameworkOverride medical or authority.Non-Negotiable RequirementsTo be considered, you must:Have advanced training in clinical nutrition, functional medicine, nutrigenomics, and systems-based health(Doctorate strongly preferred)Have 3+ years of experience integrating multi-system clinical data into treatment strategiesDemonstrate deep expertise in:Nutritional genomics and systems biologyclinical epigenetic testing and understandingClinical nutrition and dietary strategy designSupplementation and nutrient optimizationMetabolic, endocrine, and immune functionHave proven ability to:Build complete, actionable care plans (not just interpretations)Translate complex science into clear patient guidanceOperate as a team player within a structured clinical modelStrongly PreferredExperience in precision or performance
