Job SummarySummers-Taylor is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Concrete Division, focused on order management and customer support. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments involving order entry, coordination, and customer interaction.As the primary point of contact for our customers, you’ll be responsible for taking and managing orders, coordinating delivery details, and providing outstanding service from start to finish.
