We’re Hiring: Maximo Developer (100% Remote – U.S.) Are you an experienced IBM Maximo Developer passionate about building and supporting enterprise asset management solutions? Role Highlights Fully Remote (U.S.) Long-term enterprise project Hands-on Maximo development + production support Collaborative, fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Support, configure, customize, and enhance IBM Maximo applications Develop workflows, MBOs, automation scripts, and BIRT/SQL reports Design and support integrations using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), APIs & web services Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance Participate in upgrades, patching, and environment migrations Partner with business users to deliver best-practice solutions Create technical documentation and provide SLA-based production support Mentor junior team members and contribute to solution design Required Skills Strong experience with IBM Maximo, Java/J2EE, SQL, BIRT Automation scripting (Python / JavaScript) Deep knowledge of Maximo architecture, MBO framework & Application Designer Hands-on MIF, integrations, APIs & web services Production support, troubleshooting & performance tuning ITIL processes (Incident / Change Management) Nice to Have Maximo Anywhere, ACM, or Industry Solutions Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure), containerization Service management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree + 8+ years of IBM Maximo development/support Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to work independently on complex technical challenges Job Type: Contract Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
