Job Title: Warehouse AssociateJob SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for various tasks involved in the proper handling, storage, and organization of materials and products within our warehouse facility. This position requires some physical strength and stamina, as well as excellent organizational skills. The Warehouse Associate will contribute to the overall success and efficiency of our operations by ensuring accurate inventory control, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.Responsibilities Receive, inspect, clean and properly store incoming materials and products following established procedures and safety guidelines Process and fulfill orders for events and our design studio, ensuring accuracy in picking, packing, and labeling of items Utilize inventory systems and software to track and maintain inventory levels Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconciliations, accurately report discrepancies, and assist in investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including sweeping, organizing shelves, and disposing of waste properly Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling and placement of goods Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products, reporting any defects or issues to management Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all employees Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and efficient work environmentRequirements High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred, but not required Physical strength and stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems or software Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks, especially in inventory control Excellent organizational and time management skills.
