Supply Chain ManagerManufacturing | OEM EnvironmentWe are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize all aspects of materials management, procurement, inventory control, production planning, logistics, and supplier performance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.This is a key leadership opportunity for a strategic and hands-on professional who can drive operational efficiency, improve supplier relationships, and support long-term organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) and a strong understanding of manufacturing supply chain operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute supply chain strategies that balance cost, quality, delivery performance, and customer satisfactionTranslate customer demand forecasts into effective production and material planning strategiesOversee purchasing, scheduling, shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, and inventory managementManage ERP/MRP systems to ensure accurate planning, inventory control, and reportingNegotiate supplier agreements, pricing, and lead times to improve profitability and operational performanceMonitor supplier performance related to quality, delivery, and cost metricsReduce excess and obsolete inventory while improving inventory accuracy and material flowPartner cross-functionally with production, engineering, sales, and customer service teamsLead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, service levels, and lead-time reductionDevelop and mentor supply chain personnel while promoting accountability and collaborationTrack and analyze KPIs related to inventory, delivery performance, utilization, and cost savingsEnsure compliance with workplace safety standards and company proceduresQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field5+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in a manufacturing environmentOEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) experience requiredStrong ERP/MRP systems knowledge and inventory planning expertiseProven leadership experience managing supply chain, purchasing, or logistics teamsStrong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience driving continuous improvement initiativesSupply Chain certification preferredAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency preferredWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for a driven supply chain leader who thrives in a manufacturing environment and can balance strategic planning with operational execution.
