📍 West Chester, PA | Onsite | Full-TimeWe are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead CNC machining operations, process improvements, and production teams in a precision manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor machinists and shop floor teamsDevelop and optimize CNC programs, tooling, and machining processesInterpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawingsOversee production setup, troubleshooting, and process improvementsSupport quality control, inspections, and continuous improvement initiativesManage shop schedules, productivity, and operational efficiencyWork closely with engineering and production teams to meet delivery goalsRequired Experience:Strong CNC machining and manufacturing engineering backgroundExperience with CAD/CAM programmingKnowledge of GD&T, tooling, setups, and precision machiningLeadership experience managing machinists or production teamsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience in high-precision manufacturing environments preferredAdditional Details:Must be comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to work extended hours when needed
